Warframe Item Upgrader
A player can upgrade equippable items by interacting with upgrader NPCs. Each upgrade boosts one stat, and certain upgrades grant additional stats.

Recycled Items
Many of the items we use daily are recycled, such as paper, glass, aluminum and plastics. Some of these items can be recycled into new products such as clothing and shoes while others can be reused to build building materials, such as steel and concrete. This helps to reduce the amount of waste we create and also reduces energy costs.
It is essential to be aware of what items are able to be recycled prior to placing them in your recycling bin. This will help you avoid contaminating recyclables, and making it more difficult for the recyclers to sort them. This information will allow you to recycle more and make better decisions when it comes time to make new purchases.
Aluminum cans, glass bottles and jars are recyclable. Metals like tin, aluminum and steel are also recycled, as well as certain metal objects. Plastics like containers for ice cream, soda cans, and plastic bags are recyclable. Textiles like clothing and shoes are recyclable, but they're not as common as other items.
Tin foil, window panes and wire hangers are all items that you shouldn't place in your recycling bin. These are generally not accepted by curbside recycling programs, so they must be taken to the household hazardous waste collection facility or an event. It is not recommended to recycle paint, pesticides or construction materials as well as fertilizer in their original containers. They can be hazardous to the environment as well as to human health.
You can upgrade enchantments or equipment by using the item upgrader. The appearance of the item may be altered, but the functionality will not. The tool can also be used to upgrade crafted weapons and armor. However the upgrader cannot upgrade a weapon crafted an upper tier even if it already has one of these upgrades. The illumination of the enchantment will be covered by the upgrade texture.
Extra stats
There are many extra stats that can be added to items when they are upgraded. Certain stats boost the item's stats while others enhance the item's base stats. These extra stats are very useful, especially for items that require a high dexterity or strength levels to use. Certain upgrades require a specific component to be used. For instance, a diamond is required to upgrade a headgear. The item upgrader will display an alert when it comes across a requirement that cannot be fulfilled, but the user can still choose to accept the upgrade. This is a good way to make sure that the upgrades you're applying are beneficial to your character.

It is important to remember that the new stats won't retain the original set bonus. Additionally the item that was rerolled won't retain its original level, and any resources spent upgrading it will be wasted.

The set bonus cannot be improved by normal fusion.
Some sets have different options, with the first offering a basic bonus, and the other ones increasing the number of set items that are worn beyond the base amount. Fables of the Feywild, for instance, provides an additional set with two items and a better bonus when you wear more.
